Is a Medical Doctor and social activist working as an aviation medical examiner and cabin crew instructor. She is also an Executive Director at Faraja Initiative, a women led organization promoting positive youth development through capacity building, leadership skills development, entrepreneurship and raises awareness through sexual and reproductive health education.

Nasra started working as a volunteer at the Civic United Front (CUF) headquarters in Zanzibar, where she also gained the courage to contest as house of representative member, that made her one of the youngest contestants from the CUF.

She is also an activist for CUF, working with the youth wing of the party by assisting young women and by building their capacity through public and political involvement in attempt to increase the number of female contestants in all elections.

She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from International Medical and Technological University. As a young doctor who went above and beyond to get international accreditations for delivering quality medical services, she goes even further when in need to make positive changes in her society be it economic, political and every other aspect that affect society and the world at large.
